Can Castration Be The Only Option For Swollen Testes?

my husbandhas swollen testes - about 4 years ago had a cyst removed. had several tests but still no reason for the excruitiation pain. he is now wants to know if he can be castrated as he sees this as the only option available to him as all medical tests fail to given him any answer or any treatment

is this possible

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
It is not likely that the testis can give rise to such an excruciating pain that the patient has to decide for castration.
This is never done for pain.
The simple procedure for such a pain is to undergo a small surgery to do denervation of the area. This is done through an approach via inguinal area.
He will be absolutely fine with this procedure.
