Can Calcipotrien Be Used For Dryness And Soreness On Eyelids With Having Lichen Sclerosus On Genital Area And Breasts?

I have been diagnosed with lichen sclerosus et at..... It is in the genital area and also breast and underarm . Now I am experiencing dryness and soreness on both eyelids. Can I use the calcipotrien on the eyelids? What will happen next? Is this dangerous to my eyesight?

It is an autoimune disorder.No drug will respond except steroid which has got lots of side effects.In your case you should use artificial tear like refresh tear.Many antibiotics have been tried.You can try ofloxacyn 0,03 and tobramycin ointment.
