Can Brown Discharge, Headaches, Nausea, Gas, Sore Nipples, Backache, Frequent Urination And Tiredness Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi doc,im rose, 27years of age,already married..my husband work abroad.Last oct my husband went home for one month vacation.he did an sperm analysis and it was ok, me too, my period was very regular, it cycles between 28 - 30 days.oct 21 my period came out for 5 days.we had an unprotected sex during my ovulation and fertile days.oct 28 and 29, nov 2,3,4,7,9.nov 10, im started to feel really tired,sleep all the time, breast tenderness and cramps.feeling sick.nov 19 I was bleed for only 1 day,the color was pink and turn it into red, after that it was totally gone.nov 20, I have a brown discharged for 4 days.my question is could I be pregnant? I did pregnancy test but it came out negative on nov 24, this is what really troubled me, until now I have a pregnancy symptoms like little cramps, sore nipples, slight headache and nausea, farting alot,bubbling in my stomach and uterus, frequent urination,feeling tired and sleep all the time, back ache, bellyache.craving somtimes,sometimes not.tnx

Thanks for the query.
As you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test kit may not detect early pregnancy sometimes.
So, you once go for blood test for pregnancy.

Blood test gives more accurate result in early pregnancy compared with urine test.
If the test comes negative, the possibility of pregnancy is less.
If the test comes positive, once consult gynecologist and go for ultrasound.
Ultrasound will help in confirming intrauterine pregnancy and in estimation the gestational age.
Then you can proceed with regular antenatal checkups.
