Hi thanks for contacting HCM... Yes if you have respiratory infection like bronchitis or sinusitis then reffred headache can occur ... Even fever sometime can be cause for headache ... Treat bronchitis as advised by doctor ... Symptomatic management done like steam inhalation or antihistaminic and analgesic... Antibiotic If needed given... Second if fever and congestive symptoms present the electric shock like pain can occur in neuralgias...For that short term steroid needed.
