Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi

You seem to have developed nipple dermatitis or nipple eczema.
Such an eczematous condition is very common in lactating females .
Adequate hydration and moisturisation of the nipples is very essential .
You can see a nearby dermatologist to rule out any superadded fungal infections.
