General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
It may cause subtle personality changes, wide and/or rapid mood swings, emotional instability, lowered levels of alertness, and memory loss.
As the tumour grows, it presents are varied and numerous.
1. Headache - typically worse on waking.
2. Nausea and vomiting.
3. Seizures
4. Visual disturbance.
5. Speech and language problems.
6. Changes in cognitive and/or functional ability.

As she is in Grade 4, Surgery is the mainstay of therapy for her, but the tumour is usually infiltrative and therefore complete resection is difficult for her.
Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy may improve her survival rate.

Hope this helps,
