Can Bleaching Power Cause Headache In Diabetic/vitamin D Deficient Patient?

I was pouring bleach in my wash. Later on I have been smelling bleach to the point it is making my head hurts. I have asked others in the house and they do not smell anything. I am a diabetic and vitamin d deficiency does any of these conditions could be the cause? Do I need to worry?

you should try and stop using bleach
it not only damages your skin
but also produces chloride, which mixes with water to form HCl
so you are basically using acid to bath.

diabetes if well controlled, usually does not cause any problem
of course the complications of diabetes may develop
few examples of which are retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy etc
but they develop in everyone

vitamin D deficiency is finding a supportive role in lots of diseases
but it can be corrected quite easily
easy replacement therapies are widely available
