Can Bladder Infection Cause Blood Spots In Urine ?
I had a bladder infection in August, yesterday I took a sharp stabbing pain in my lower back, bloating and felt I had to go to the washroom. when I went all a little came out but when I wiped myself there was blood on the toilet paper. Should I be concerned or wait and see what happens. Today I just had the sharp pain again
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have urinary tract infection. Blood spot in urine and back pain is common in urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination. If needed go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take antibiotics accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based drug so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
