Can Bladder Fullness Cause Saggy Skin?

My skin has become abnormally loose, saggy, and wrinkly. It feels ridged and dry despite all kinds of topical oils and lotions. Why? I started urinating more often and cannot seem to totally empty my bladder-I always need to pee!! Did this affect my skin? All seemed fine a couple of years ago. Rapidly declining. Why???
