Can Birth Control Pills Cause Nausea, Stomach Ache, Vomiting, Weakness And Loss Of Appetite?

Hi my girl has been feeling really sick symptoms of nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, an has been really tired an had random hot flashes an has no appetite when she eats she gets sick or doesn t feel good any ideas??? Could it be from her birth control?

Hello
Yes birth pills are hormonal tablets and they causes nausea , vomiting , fatigue in few female .
In your girl friend case may be due to these pills so either stop the pills or take ( give her ) some antacid , but is symptoms are severe she may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors ( rabemac or pantaloc -d ) .
She also need some appetite stimulant .
Still all these symptoms present then use another method for birth control.
