Can Birth Control Pills Cause Dizziness?

Hi, Lately I have been feeling dizzy. It s a very weird feeling though. It s not like I am going to pass out. I feel like my head is heavy and it s mostly in my eyes. It s really hard to describe but I do suffer from bad anxiety. I think about my head feeling this way so much that I actually think I make it worse and then I start to feel like short of breath and that I can t breathe. I also have been on birth control for about 4 years and recently looked up if my kind of birth control can cause dizziness and it said it could. I don t know what to do but I hate this feeling and just want it to go away.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in most of the cases such dizziness could be due to vestibular dysfunction and it can be well managed with "Tab Bitahistine 8 mg" three times in day, some time may need some investigation in case of failure of this treatment hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
