Hello I am pregnant. I believe 2-3 months. I feel extremely tired, no appetite, nauteas, and even shaky and weak at times. I try and eat more but when i eat I feel really sick afterwards. I am forcing myself to eat because I have stomach pains but none of these symptoms are going away or getting better...

Yes. During first 3 months these symptoms are common. If I would be your doctor then would suggest you to taka combination of doxilamine succinate & folic acid 2 times a day before meals.
