Can Bad Stomach Aches, Dizziness And Shaky Legs Be Related ?

My 8 year old son has been complaining of bad stomache aches for the past 10 weeks. I he a endoscopy two weeks ago and it came back that he had a severe case of gastritis and could possibly have a lactose issue. Today he was very dizzy and his legs were shaky. Could all of this be related?
