Hi I got on depo for the first time march 23 2014 . went to the doctor I suppose to came back June 15 2014 for my third month but I didnt get my second shot. I had unprotected sex june 21 2014 he ejaculated and now im having pain in my back and sides when I pee I wipe and red pinkish spots blood on the tissue for the first two days now today its red and brown im confused

1) The bleeding that you have might be due to missing the injection and progesterone withdrawal. 2) Having unprotected sexual intercourse can lead to pregnancy, but chances are less in the immediate period of stopping depot. 3) If you are worried, Get a home pregnancy test done. 4) I suggest you take your second shot as soon as possible or use other methods of contraception. 5)Back pain and spotting is not a very reliable sign of pregnancy.
