Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Test Results?

my tmt test is positive for indusible isclemia,echo report is mild concentric lvh & thalium scan report is there is a reversible anterior wall perfusion defect involving 15% of the total myocardium in presence of lvh(? false positive) what is the next step for treatment please suggest

Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to us.
Since your thallium and TMT both are positive, next step would be a coronary angiogram, provided your physician is satisfied with positivity of these results and can correlate your symptoms to these results. A TMT can be false positive in presence of mild LVH, however thallium is normally not positive in such cases. Moreover correlation to your symptoms and what were your symptoms while running on treadmill is also important.
