I had hvs mcs test,I want to know the outcome.the result reads Epithelial cell-----1-2/HPF Pus cells------------2-3/HPF Gram stain---------No yeast seen,no evidence of bacteria vaginosis seen WET MOUNT (DIRECT)-----No Trichomonas vaginalis seen Organism Isolated-----Eschericia coli

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the test results is as follows:
1. Presence of pus cells and epithelial cells suggests presence of infection.
2. The wet mount preparation rules out the presence of organism like trichomonas and yeast or fungus.
3. There is presence of E coli bacteria

Antibiotic needs to be taken to clear away the infection due to E coli.
You need to consult your doctor for prescription of antibiotic.
