Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your blood report is as follows:
1. The blood sugar level is raised. However, you have not mentioned whether the blood sugar is fasting or post-prandial. Whatever may be the cause, the value is high.
2. The total cholesterol and triglyceride levels are both within normal limits.
3. The liver enzymes- SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase are slightly raised. The normal level is less than 40 !U/L. You can get these enzymes repeated after few days.
4. The viral markers- HBsAg and HCV are negative, thus, ruling out viral hepatitis.

You need to get fasting blood glucose levels and consult your physician with reports.
You may be suffering from diabetes mellitus.
Further management of the condition is required.

Thanks and take care
