First of all there is decreased hemoglobin
with mild microcytosis, with hypochromia, and increased obc count,. Of which most are lymphocyte
. And most importantly, basophil is present. Also there is thrombocytopenia
I think you have to test your blood from a higher laboratory, because, here, no comment is given about the cell morphology. Sometimes blast cells are mistaken for lymphocyte. The report indicates either there is a viral infection with anemia
or there is some blood disorder which should be studied very carefully, and immediately.
So, do a test again and upload the report . I will see it.
