In today s Blood Test: because I am suffering caugh, feeling it is blocked at in side nose and at throat not regularly for the last 40 days. Test Report S. TYPHI Ó POSITIVE 1/ 80 DILUTION S.TYPHI H POSITVE 1/ 80 DILUTION S. PARA Á (H) NEGATIVE 1/ 20 DILUTION S. PARA B ( H) NEGATIVE 1/ 20 DILUTION Kindly advise Regards, Shamsundar

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Your blood for Widal test is negative .
Your main problem is cough with blockage of nose from last 40 days with pain in throat.
These symptoms may be due to .
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , usually due to bronchoconstriction patient feels cough , blocking of nose , and throat pain. Throat pain may be due to bacterial infection.
2 Tuberculosis may be the next reason , get blood for E SR and sputum examination . Xray chest will also find out tuberculosis , if any.
3 Bronchiectasis physical examination will be helpful in such cases.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is very important .
