I believe this is the cephalic presentation which is usually normal, though I do not understand the position of the legs as you mentioned. Do you have any problems in your pregnancy. Did your Doctor mention anything. Kindly provide the information that we can help you clear the doubts.

Your History suggests your growing Fetus is in Transverse Lie, where in The baby lies crosswise in your uterus, it is most likely possibility that the shoulder will enter the pelvis first, you might go in for a Cesarean. Kindly go for regular follow up to your Gynecologist as your Treating would know better.
