Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
hello. welcome to HCM.
As you have checked for yourself, your CBC is almost absolutely normal, apart from mild neutrophillia, which is ok if you are symptom free. MPV is important when there are certain bleeding tendencies and all other things being normal it can lead to platelet function defects.. However it is just the lower limit of normal which can be also a variation from lab to lab.
So please be assured and dont worry.
Take care.
