You can sleep flat abdomen facing upwards.sleep on sides left or right.
Please do not sleep abdomen down touching the bed.
Do not worry about stiffness
of body early in the morning.
Have plenty of milk and high nourishing food,
Do not use air cooler or fan facing directly upon you.
Take good branded Calcium,multi vitamin supplements and Iron,folic acid
Take plenty of water and fresh green veggies.
Have mild physical exercise.
