Can Anxiety Cause Heart Racing, Lightheaded And Chest Pain?

I am 19 year old male. Went into the ER 3 different times for heart racing, lightheadedness, and chest/left arm pain. They did blood, xray, cat scan, and urine and all came out great. Referred me to a cardiologist who has done a 24 hr heart monitor and now has put me on a 30 day event monitor. I have a family history of anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure. Tomorrow I am seeing my primary again but are these signs pointing me twords anxiety? My resting bp right now is 128/88 and bpm is 91. I have panic attacks sometimes.

hiii dear

palpitation, tachicardia, sweating, rapid breathing, chest pain,, all are the symptoms of anxiety
no any test reveals this

so no further test is necessary

u consulted cardiologist and he had done reports which are normal
that means you dont have heart related pathology

this is anxiety which mimic the symptoms like heart problems

so 1st accept this
2nd try to understand problem and stress factor
anxiety and depression both have these symptoms and u have family history also
so consult psychiatrist and get his advise
tab etizolam is control your anxiety and escitalopram is useful for depressive symptoms if u have

do meditation
deep breathing
progressive muscle relaxation
identify stress trigger events and try to modifies it
proper sleep and diet
regular exercise
all of this help to control daily stress and anxiety
