Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

From the description and history of anal intercourse it appears more likely to be proctitis.
Possibility of rectal prolapse has also to be comsidered in view of the mucosa which can normally be pulled out.
Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.

Take care

Best Regards
