Can Anabolic Steriods Have Any Long Term Effects?

I had taken anabolic steroids (Dianabol) by mistake for 10 days 30mg/day. I do regular workout and my muscles used to grow when I was taking the steroids. But when I come to know that (Dianabol) is a steroid I stooped taking it and my muscles reduced. I was also taking mass gainer with that steroid and I continued with the gainer. Being a science student I know that steroid have negative effect on my health. What should I do now? Do I need to take some Detoxification treatment or it will be washed off from my body?

Hi you do not need any detoxification treatment but you have to stop taking steroids immediately unless medically indicated. Yes there are long term effects of consuming such high doses of steroids for long periods and you do not want to experience all of that. Since it's a ten day period u can stop the medicine immediately and stay away from it for good. I hope this helps. I wish you good health and a good body in a safe way :) take care :)
