As long as there were no complications during the procedure, the uterus would have regressed normally and it most probably will not be possible to detect by ultrasound 4 years later. However if there were complications like cervical tear, uterine puncture etc, then you might have conditions like lax cervix, scars on the uterus and cervix, etc.
