Can An Overdose Of Epilim Chrono And Lithium Cause Neurological Disorder?

hi , my name is rachel, im 22 , 60kilos, history of depression and possibly bi-polar (two psychiatrists have differnt oopinions), i mention this as i took an overdose on epilim chrono and lithium before xmas, cant say how much but it was a lot. (still suicidal and depressed but trying to pull through) , my question is that since then , ive been experiencing a sensation in my head, a phisical one , like a trickle of sand going across my brain or inside my skull when i lie down. its quite uncomfortable but has decreased in frequency since i started exercising 2 weeks ago. im just worried that it could be neurological.
