Can An Online Doctor Read Blood Test?

first i would like to say thank you for your time :) i am a 48 year old female. bout 87lbe my whole life. have two children gained 35lbs with first and 25 with second...my question is . i had a blood test done by my nour in like feb this year. i take one xanax a day and up to 3 hydro codone a day for neck and back back pain(headach, face pain from neck and leg, foot pain from back) my alt is 42. my ast is 32my platelet count is 234 my mpv is 7.2. i drink maybe 2 times a month. do i have to be concerned with any of this?

Hi,
Looking at your present values and history, the values are just above normal for liver enzymes.
You need to watch out for these enzymes in future as they could increase. Get evaluated every six months. If it increases, then possibility of liver injury exists.
At present, the test results are not much to be worried about. You can take liver protectant medications. You can take prescription from your doctor.
