Can An Online Doctor Help Read 24 Hour Monitor And Nuclear Stress Test ?

My cardiologist did some test in his office, 24 hour monitor and a nuclear stress test. His report To my MD said (1) Doppler echocardiogram showed trace TR,Mr. (2) 24 hour halter report showed “heart block or significant ST-T wave changes were seen throughout the period of tracing, (3) images analysis report showed “wall motion and myocardial thickening“. (4) he verbally told me that nuclear stress test was normal and all the other test were good. My trigycerides was 280 and that was with 40mg lipitor. Given this information should I be concerned?

Radiologist, Nuclear Medicine 's  Response
If your doctor has told that nuclear scan and other reports are normal, then in my opinion your test results are : 24 hours holter report : NO heart block or ST-T wave changes and Nuclear stress test report is NORMAL wall motion and myocardial thickening.
In view of these reports, only your triglycerides are high, for which you have been prescribed Lipitor. Take care of your diet and exercise regularly. There is nothing to worry about, at the present time.
Hope the answer helped.
