Dear madam i understand your concern. this biopsy report is telling that you don't have any cancer.next coming to word inactive endometrium states that the gland of endometrium are inactive.this kind of picture is usually seen people who are using oral contraceptive pills.i other words inactive endometrium means your endometrium is not ready to accept the baby growth.....regards
