The only way to improve child's immunity is to give it healthy and nutritious food. You can add lot of fresh fruits and vegetables to its diet. Maintain good hygiene at home and surroundings.Teach the child about cleanliness. If the child is born at this temperature it can get adjusted to it. Or it may develop heat boils or rashes. You can use cotton clothing to keep the child comfortable.
