Can aching and pulsating legs be helped by soaking them in Epsom salt ?

would soaking in epsom salt ]help my aching and pulsating legs Have lots of pain in both legs from the knee into my toes and smetiems in my buttocks . Legs seem to pulsate. What can I do to help this.

there is no role of salt in treating of your pain.the pain pattern which you explained,seems either related to your lower back(radiating neuralgic pain) or it can be hypocalcemic needs to be further investigated. consult your doctor for further tests.till that time avoid standing for long time continuosly.

Epsom salt will help to remove oedema fluid from swollen joints and legs. If there is pain and visible swelling which pits on pressure you can try using this for relief but the concentration of the salt in the water must be measured properly because the magnesium in the salt gets absorbed in the blood stream and can cause weakness and other adverse effects. It would be wise to consult your doctor to find out the cause for this pulsating pain.
