Hello ,
Very high blood pressure can cause vomiting , However the blood pressure reading you have mentioned w should not cause vomiting .
The 2 most probable reasons are .
Diabetes related . Keto acidosis . If the diabetes is very high or rather if it's staying in control but continuous vomiting with no intake of food and decreased water . Just check ketone in her urine . A strip is available at all medical stores .
A bad stomach . If there is history of food at an outside joint , abdominal cramps and some change in stool consistency .
I would pursue that you visit you family doctor as it's already 3 days .
