ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello & welcome to HCM.
If you are pregnant, then you can try salt water gargling thrice a day with paracetamol 500mg twice daily for the throat pain (in place of serratiopeptidase, as it will not relieve your sore throat). If it is persisting, and you have fever then you should have your throat examined by the ENT specialist to check for pharyngitis, in which case you will require antibiotics.
