Can A Pimple Growth On Buttocks Be A Yeast Infection?

I have a 22 month old son was giving him a bath and noticed at the top of his butt crack there were pimple like spots. Should I worry? I have noticed people having the same problem it was a yeast infection and they used lotrimin on it. Any advice would be great.

Hi,
From history it seems diaper rash causing this type of bumps.
Apply calamine lotion or Vaseline on the part.
Change the diaper brand and change it frequently.
Keep local part well ventilated and clean.
Ok and take care.
