Can A Person Take Sildenafil Citrate While Taking Medicines For Hypertension And Diabetic ?

Can a person taking medicines for hypertension and diabetic take sildenafil citrate I am suffering from Diabetese and Hypertension from last 4 years. I am presently taking S(-) Amlodipine 2.5mg, Nebivolol 5 mg, Metformin 500 mg, Gliclazide 60 mg and Pioglitazone 30 mg. Now a days I am also facing the problem of ED. Can I take Sildenafil Citrate. My age is 37 years.

hello,
erectile dysfunction can be a complication in diabetics due to poor glycemic control.
i as such does not need medication as the condition will improve with good gycemic control.
you are already on a lot of medications and some of these can increase the level of sildenafil in the blood.
i advise you to take the diabetic and anti hypertensive medications regularly.
despite a good glycemic control if this persists i would advise you to consult you physician regarding the same before taking the sildinafil.
please do not self medicate.
