Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain white spots on tonsils seems to be due to Follicular Tonsillitis and swelling in throat seems to be due to Pharyngitis and both the conditions are pointing toward bacterial throat infection..
The white spots seems to be pus pockets secondary to infection..
Pepper spray can cause inflammation but will not cause pus pockets..
I would suggest you to consult an ENT expert and get evaluated and he can advise you to get throat swab culture done to confirm the infection..
He can advise you antibiotics like Levofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations..
Suck throat lozenges..
Chew Vitamin C pellets and avoid chilled and spicy food..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
