Can A Moving Lump By The Navel Be A Lymph Node?

Hello,I have cyclic neutropenia for about 4 years no. It goes sometimes as low as 0.5. If I catch something I have to ho to ER they put me to monitor for a few days and then it starts to go up they let me go. Few doctors suggested to do a bone marrow biopsy. But there is no other concerns except from Neutrophild why they should do it. So they never done it. All around my body ,neck ,groin, armpits I have small lymph nodes mostly all of the time around 3 cm. When I am ill for example virus or something it gets very enlarged and then goes down. My question is for the past few weeks I feel so weak such a huge fatigue. I just want to sleep all the time. I checked my abdomen because it felt funny, and I did it for few days in a row, basically on my left side by the belly button,I can feel a lump around 5cm,it kind of moves, but I can always feel it. What can it be?? Can it be a lymph node?

Hi
No, there are no lymph nodes in that location but this sounds like an umbilical hernia and you need to get it examined to determine if it requires a surgical repair
