General & Family Physician Dr. Mohammed Tauseef's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Yes, this is prescribed for Neuropathic Pain in Diabetic patients. You can take it as directed by your Doctor and go for regular follow up. Kindly do not take any medicine without consulting a Physician. Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables. Exercise regularly along with brisk walks for 30 to 40 Minutes daily. Avoid stress and maintain a healthy weight. If you smoke and drink, QUIT. These measures will keep you Blood sugars under control and also the diabetic neuropathy.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
