Can A Blink Or Twich Of Eyelid Be A Sign Of Heart Stroke ?

is an eyelid twitch or blink after a stroke a sign of another stroke? the person is sedated and/or comatose. could it be voluntary or just a twitch?

It shows damage in the brain or nerve while he went into coma.It is the after effect of coma.
It may become alright after some time with recovery of the condition.
