Can A Bee Sting Cause Shoulder Pain, Sore Throat And Sinus Infection Together?

I got stung by a bee a week ago in back of the head. 3 inches away from my left ear in my hair. Right away i had a lump on my neck, left handside right under my left ear, where frankstein would have his bolt at. Couldnt move my head to the left for a couple days. Had pain in shoulder and in sinus all on leftside. As days went by finally could move my head but alot of discomfort. Feels like i have a sore throat at times. Its goning to be a week and a half and bump hasnt gone away yet. What can I do or take?

Greetings of the day

It's likely to be allergic reaction to bee bite. Local application of ice will be helpful.
Antihistamine like chlorpheniramine maleate will be helpful
Take care
