NO a cholesterol
of 210 is almost ideal. The ideal cholesterol level is 200 or lower if you have had heart problems they don't want it above 150 but that is hard to maintain. With your cholesterol level I would not worry at all. If you want to reduce it a little more eat a few walnuts every day (count them as part of your calorie intake) and I guarantee you your cholesterol will drop. Look it up on the net if you don't believe me. It is a proven fact.
