Urinary tract infection does not have any effect on menstrual periods. urinary infection affects the urinary tract only. Menses occur due to bleeding from the inside of the uterus. The two aren't connected in any way. Pregnancy is diagnosed , after urine pregnancy test becomes positive. If you're having irregular periods, you should see a gynecologist.
