Can Tramadol And Lorazepam Be Taken Together?

Tramadol ans lorazepam? Not good to be given together? My father in law just had a catheter inserted and it seems to be burning him a bit. The nurse suggested he take some pain medicine.... hHe also is getting all worked up and anxious... Don’t think we should give him both

tramadol and lorazepam can be hiben together if je is already taking tramadol as tramadol will be needed for a long duration ..may be 4 pr 5 days in which catheter problem is solved ..but if he is not on tramadol then please consider some other drig for pain as diclofenoc or aceclofenic ...i avoid tramadol in my patients as far as possible ..
