Can Silverex Be Applied To Ankle Burnt Due To Silencer After Removing The Burnt Skin?

i got my ankle burnt due to silencer of bike. I was applying silverex when there were blisters. Now blisters are broken and i have removed thier skin. Can i apply silverex now? Also there is swelling from the second day and it hurts a lot when i walk. I am worrying infection, what should i do?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read your query and understood your concern.

Yes you can continue applying silverex to the lesion or you can shift to bacitracin ointment. Apply cold packs and aloevera over the burnt skin to relieve the burning sensation. Take oral anti inflammatory like ibuprofen twice a day to relieve swelling and pain

If you notice yellow colored fluid in the blisters, you may have caught an infection and consult your physician to undergo pus culture and sensitivity test , and then get the proper antibiotic prescribed.
