Can Progynova Be Taken While Estradiol Levels Are High?

Hi I m 30 years old.Trying to conceive..I did hormone test on 2016 September & the results are -Estrodial levels are 68 & FSH level 5.8. Doctor told me that my endometrial thickness is more...so d & c was done on 25th march 2017.Still no periods & negative pregnancy test..Now to get periods I m taking deviry... Once after getting my periods, my doctor suggested letoval tablet from day 2 -7 , progynova 28 tablets from day5... Is it safe to take progynova as I already having high estrodial levels...? Can this 2 tablets help in getting pregnancy ?

Hi I think you should get a thyroid profile and prolactin level done.You can take progynova. It will not affect your chances to get pregnant. It is given to increase endometrial thickness. You can start taking it once your follicles reach a size more than 13 to 14 mm. Track your follicles growth by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for 2 to 3 days after the injection. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Hope it helps.
