Can Nuvaring Alter The Menstrual Cycle?
Hi so this is my free week on nuvaring and i had spotting yesterday and like a quarter size amount of blood today. Is that a normal amount? according to my calender my period shouldn t come till Saturday. can the ring change my cycle. By the way i don t know if you need to know but i took out the ring Tuesday around noon.
