Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It appears he has gastritis due to overdose of medicines, which has caused the vomiting of blood. He should take antacids. He should avoid hot and spicy foods. In my opinion, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible. He is likely to need hospitalization.

Best wishes.

These are serious conditions.
And narcotic withdrawal usually causes vomiting for several days. Humulin R technically is a growth factor but it is as likely to put fat on as anything else. It is not recommended for this purpose and is quite dangerous due to lowering blood sugar. A low blood sugar certainly feels bad. It doesn't generally cause vomiting but it isn't impossible. Neurontin gets out of the system by a day. It does NOT have much / any withdrawal. So.. hard to see how that is relevant.
Ok, the good news. If someone seeks out a spot away from drugs to camp out this is generally a good sign. Keeping someone away from drugs for a considerable length of time is an established treatment modality.
