Can Nestle Pre Nan Formula Be Given To 1.5-month-old Infant?

Hi, My twin baby girls are 1.5 months old (36 weeks PRMI delivery). Current approx weight is 2.7 & 3.00 KG. we are giving them "Nestle PRE NAN" to them as per doctors advice. how long do we need to continue this or should we need to change. Regards,Shailesh

Mother's milk is always best for baby. However if it is not possible formulas can be used
PRE-NAN can be used for feeding the rapidly growing infant of low birth weight until he achieves a weight of 5 kilograms.
You should strictly follow the proportion and quantity of PRE-NAN powder and water during preparation of feeds which changes as per weight of baby.
