Can Neosporin Or Tinactin Be Used In Treating Flaking Eyelids?

I have flaking eyelids and undereye red and flaking. I wash my eyelids and undereye with baby shampoo and warm water. I used Tobradex for an eyelid ointment, but still have the condition. I use aquaphor on the outer edge of my eye at night, Restasis and Systane for eyedrops. Can I use Neosporin or tinactin as alternative for Tobradex?

HI
Well come to HCM
some medicines already being used, now diagnosis of condition would be matter of concern, with the right diagnosis condition can be treated in right way, and for this you need to see the ophthalmologist, to rule out the fungal infection, till then keep the area clean, steroid may help but this need to be used under the care of eye specialist, hope this information helps, take care.
